Older generation must give way, we have become analogue – IBB

By Wole Mosadom

Former Military President, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida has called on the old generation to give up power and give the younger ones the opportunity to steer the affairs of the nation.

He said that the old generation has overstayed in the corridor of power and their ideas are becoming rusted.

Speaking at his Uphill residence when he received the members of New Nigeria group, a new political movement led by its leader, Moses Siloko Siasia, Babangida said that the possibility of handing over the leadership of the nation to younger generation should not be overruled or overlooked.

According to him, the younger ones have the capability to steer the ship of the nation aright pointing out that the younger people have the passion and zeal to propel the nation to the path of development and growth.

“History has shown that a nation’s development fulcrum progresses better in the hands of younger generation is more adventurous and full of fresh ideas.

“some of us assumed leadership at a very young age. The older generation must give way for the new one. We have become analogue but this is a digital age; so the young people should be supported to use their digital knowledge to move the country forward.”

Speaking on the ‘Not too Young to Rule Bill’, the former military president said the youths should put their energy towards pushing for the realization of the Bill.

The leader of the delegation and Peoples Democratic Movement (PDM) candidate in the last governorship election in Bayelsa State said the group was in Minna to consult and seek the blessing of the former leader for a new Nigeria, a new ideology ahead of 2019.

He said that the group would visit other former president Olusegun Obasanjo, Goodluck Jonathan and former head of state General Abdulsalam Abubakar for their support.

NINE SIGNS YOUR WOMAN IS GETTING SEX OUTSIDE

NINE SIGNS YOUR WOMAN IS GETTING SEX OUTSIDE

Well, rightly or wrongly, sex experts say the following are the signs to watch for if you’re suspecting that your woman is having sex with some other man!
1. She rebuffs your advances.
When a woman has just had sex with someone, she is likely to rebuff your sexual advances if you approach her for sex!
2. She smells rather funny.
Well, if she rushed out of the place where she had the extra sex without taking a shower, you may likely smell the ejaculate on her!

  3. She rushes to take her bath.
If your woman dashes into the bathroom to clean up herself after an outing, there might be more to it!
4. That ‘knowing smile’.
A woman who has just had sex with another man would likely have this ‘knowing’ smile plastered her on her face, perhaps because she wants to cover up her guilt.
5. Avoiding eye contacts.
A cheating woman would find it difficult to maintain eye contact with you if she has been seeing another man.
6. Crumpled attire. This is more of a teenage thing, but an adult woman may have her clothes crumpled if she had just had a quickie and hadn’t taken off her top before she did!
7. Unprovoked angry outbursts.
If you ask where she has been, she may accuse you of tele-guiding her or that you don’t trust her, blah, blah…
8. Smudged make-up.
If she had her make-up smudged all over, it may be an indication that someone had been there ahead of you!
9. Fresh make-up, fresh perfume.
In the alternative, a freshly-applied make-up and recently-sprayed perfume might be an indication that she has taken time to freshen up after a roll in the hay!
