Since breaking on the scene back in 2005 (can you believe it’s been over 10 years?!) with her hit single “Pon de Replay,” Rihanna has become one of the music industry’s biggest stars. I mean seriously, it’s not even possible to have a discussion about the hottest artists without including her.

However, during her time in the spotlight, Rihanna has also gotten a reputation for being a bit of a bad girl. If there’s anyone who isn’t afraid to say what’s on her mind or clap back at a hating ‘fan’ it’s RiRi.

But while Rihanna definitely isn’t the one to play with (seriously, don’t come for her – even if she sends for you), she also has a heart of gold. When it comes to showing love and giving back to the community, Rihanna never hesitates to rise to the occasion.

Well, if you had any doubts about how kind RiRi can be – her latest trip to Malawi should make it crystal clear. Not only did Rihanna visit the small African country as part of charity, the Clara Lionel Foundation, but she also presented the local school children with an unforgettable surprise.

While there, Rihanna visited a classroom. But she didn’t just sit back and observe. Instead, she went to the front of the classroom and began teaching a math lesson to the students.

Not only were the kids excited, but Rihanna seemed genuinely happy to be interacting with them.

It’s always great to see celebrities using their platform to create positive change, and it’s things like this that make the world a better place.
